Once we receive a case from you, our technical team will carry out a preliminary assessment to have an idea of the damage and determine the chance of recovery, and then quote.



After your confirmation, we will start the recovery process. The recovery lead time depend on the level of damage, usually around 1 - 4 days.

After successful salvage, our customer service team will inform you at once, and transfer data to a backup hard disk or any other storage media as you like (Hard disk provided by client or bought from us ).
